Effective November 1 — Any modifications or cancellations made to a confirmed booking after the deposit has been applied — including adding or removing travelers, adjusting travel dates, destinations, or accommodations — will be subject to a non-refundable fee of $100 per traveler.
This fee covers the professional time and administrative work required to manage your reservation. It is separate from any change or cancellation fees charged by travel suppliers. Please note that this fee applies regardless of the reason for the change or cancellation. Kensington Traveler reserves the right to collect this fee per traveler before processing any related requests.
