Change, Cancellation, or Transfer Request Form

This form should be completed only if you wish to:

  • Request a change to an existing reservation

  • Cancel an active booking

  • Transfer a reservation from another source to Kensington Traveler

Important Notice

In accordance with the booking and deposit agreement completed at the time of reservation, a change or cancellation fee will apply.
Please ensure that all travelers affected by the requested change, cancellation, or transfer are aware of these updates before Kensington Traveler processes your request.

Fees

  • Change Fee: $50 per affected traveler

  • Cancellation Fee: $100 per traveler

  • Transfer Fee: No charge for transferring a booking to Kensington Traveler

Authorization of Change, Cancellation, or Transfer *

I confirm that all information provided above is accurate. By signing this form, I authorize Kensington Traveler, LLC to make the requested changes to my reservation based on the information submitted. I understand that the travel supplier may also charge its own change or cancellation fee.

By submitting this form and completing payment, I authorize Kensington Traveler, LLC to proceed with the change or cancellation of my booking. I understand that:

  • All changes are subject to the approval of the travel supplier, which has the final authority to accept or deny modification requests.

  • I have reviewed and accept any applicable cancellation penalties from the travel supplier(s), as well as any terms regarding reimbursement through travel protection (if purchased).

  • Modifications to reservations, particularly those involving shared accommodations or roommates, may result in rate adjustments or renegotiated pricing.

  • Kensington Traveler is not responsible for notifying other travelers on my booking about my changes or cancellations.

  • Kensington Traveler does not issue refunds directly. Refunds are processed by the travel supplier according to their policies and will be returned to the original form of payment. In exceptional cases, delays may occur, and Kensington Traveler will communicate with suppliers as needed to facilitate resolution.

Before any change or cancellation is processed, your travel advisor will provide payment instructions (e.g., via invoice).
I understand that payment for applicable fees must be completed prior to processing any change or cancellation request.
