Payment Authorization

To help process payment for your upcoming trip, please complete the form below with your payment details. This form serves as a credit card authorization form only- not a payment. Your Kensington travel agent will need to call you to secure the three or four-digit CVV code to finalize your payment. 

 

Please note:

  1. Payments are typically processed within 24-48 business hours (M-F)

  2. Transactions are not typically processed on weekends or holidays. 

  3. If you plan to use a debit card, we recommend contacting your bank before submitting this form. Many banks enforce daily spending limits. Notifying them in advance helps to ensure your transaction is processed smoothly. 

  4. You will receive a phone call shortly AFTER you submit your payment form. Your Travel Agent will need to secure your CVV code in order to finalize your payment. 

  5. Please note that supplier policies and cancellation terms vary by booking. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions before submitting your payment information. 

  6. Kensington Traveler service fees are separate from any supplier-imposed penalties or charges. 

  7. If you need help completing this form, please contact your Kensington Traveler advisor directly. 

Payment Information

Preferred Agent: Required

Effective November 1 — Any modifications or cancellations made to a confirmed booking after the deposit has been applied — including adding or removing travelers, adjusting travel dates, destinations, or accommodations — will be subject to a non-refundable fee of $100 per traveler.

This fee covers the professional time and administrative work required to manage your reservation. It is separate from any change or cancellation fees charged by travel suppliers. Please note that this fee applies regardless of the reason for the change or cancellation. Kensington Traveler reserves the right to collect this fee per traveler before processing any related requests.

Your trip details will be submitted to Kensington Traveler, and our team will review your preferences and contact you by email within 72 business hours.
